We have two options for you!
1- CHAT: We will return for our 6th year to the Church Hill Activities & Tutoring community in Richmond, VA. We spend the week working on small projects at various sites, tutoring kids and learning what it means to be "good neighbors". The components of this trip are Service, Community and Learning. Bible study in the morning, hard work during the day and debriefing with the community in the evening! Read more at the CHAT website
2- Durham Urban Project: InterVarsity is hosting the 2nd annual Durham UP this year! Join other schools from VA, NC and SC in exploring the city of Durham, addressing urban issues and looking at what Jesus taught about these needs.
ROCKBRIDGE 2012 (regional summer conference)
May 6-11th

What better way to end the year than spending five days in the beautiful VA mountains with InterVarsity students from all over NC, SC and VA? With over 800 students gathering over the course of two weeks, this is one of the most influential, memorable weeks of our year. Pick your track for the week where you will focus on a certain aspect of our faith in smaller groups, and then reconvene with the whole camp for some great meals and amazing worship gatherings. And if you aren’t napping in your free time, hit up the zipline, ropes course, frisbee golf course, or the massive 40-person hot tub. Rockbridge may seem far off, but we need to start training now for the epic volleyball tournament! Hope you can join us.

InterVarsity's Triennial (once every 3 years!) missions conference. Worship with thousands of people and hear from dynamic speakers from around the world. Hear from speakers and seminar leaders who have ministry experience and global perspectives. Learn more about God’s mission from gifted leaders and from hundreds of missions agencies representatives who come to Urbana to share their experiences and meet the thousands of Urbana participants seeking their place in God’s global mission.
Urbana is a truly multi-cutlural and multi-national experience. And why wouldn’t it be? God’s global mission is about drawing all people and nations to himself.

All of the InterVarsity chapters from the Eastern Va area will come together for a weekend and choose a "track" to think about and focus on. Choose from: Prayer, Get the Word Out, Living Word, The Gospel of Justice and Christianity Explored. Get a bigger picture of what God is doing and worship with new friends from VCU, WIlliam & Mary, Norfolk State, University of Richmond, CNU, Virginia Wesleyan, Mary Washington, and Randolph Macon!
